One integrated agricultural system

Six divisions, one farm, one record. Our operations in Toba Tek Singh are organised so that an animal, a field block and a finished pack all sit on the same chain of custody.

Divisions

A branded house, not a holding company

One symbol, one wordmark and controlled descriptors — so reputation compounds in the SHAJRA name rather than scattering across sub-brands.

01

Shajra Livestock

Cattle and buffalo in identified herd groups, with welfare monitoring and veterinary oversight recorded per animal.

02

Shajra Pasture

A verified pasture and fodder programme. Rotation, inputs and grazing days logged block by block.

03

Shajra Poultry

Flock-level identification with housing, feed and health records kept to the same documentary discipline.

04

Shajra Harvest

Orchards and field crops traced to the originating block — seed lot, irrigation cycles and quality sampling on record.

05

Shajra Origin

The traceability platform. GS1-compatible identifiers carry each batch from land to pack.

06

Shajra Reserve

An exceptional selection released only where the full production record supports the claim.

The Site

What is on the ground

Housing and handling

Livestock sheds are laid out for airflow, dry bedding and low-stress handling. Stocking density, bedding changes and body-condition scoring are reviewed on a fixed cycle, and every review is filed against the herd group rather than the farm as a whole.

A separate quarantine block holds incoming animals until veterinary clearance is complete. No animal joins a production group without a signed record.

Fields, fodder and rotation

Cropping land is divided into numbered blocks. Each block has a soil test on file, a sowing record naming the seed lot, and an irrigation log counting canal cycles across the season. Fodder grown for our own herds is tracked the same way as grain grown for sale.

Rotation with legumes restores nitrogen and reduces bought-in fertiliser — a practice we measure rather than assert.

Quality control and processing

Our processing unit sits on the same site as the farm, which keeps the chilled chain short and the paperwork continuous. Lines are HACCP-monitored, and sampling happens at defined points rather than at the end only.

Nothing is released until its production file is complete and its batch identifier issued.
